More than 8,000 m² of space are available at Duesmann & Hensel. Here we operate numerous cat decanning stations in which the steel scrap is separated from the elements containing precious metals.

Afterwards, three large selection stations ensure the rapid and clean processing of the materials. The material is homogenized during processing. The emerging dust is sucked up during the entire work process, returned to the material and also recycled. Our internal setup provides enough capacity to process many thousand vehicle catalytic converters with ceramic monoliths every day.
